Delivery
For domestic shipping (within the UK), my pieces are delivered with free shipping through the Royal Mail.
If you would like a quicker or express delivery, please get in contact with me and I can ensure that your piece will be with you as soon as possible, for a small extra cost.
For international shipping, additional postage fees may apply, and I will provide a clear quote for your shipping before finalising your order. Any sales tax or customs duties in your country will be your responsibility.
I will provide an estimated delivery timeframe, but please note that I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by postal services.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly, and we can work together to find a solution.
Commissions:
Throughout the commission creation process, I will provide updates before completing the piece so that I ensure it aligns with your vision.
Prints:
If you need to cancel or return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after I receive the returned item. To ensure your return is secure, I recommend obtaining proof of postage, as I cannot be responsible for lost items.
Custom or Commission Orders:
For all custom or personalised items, cancellations and refunds aren’t available after delivery unless the item is damaged. Please be sure of all details when placing your order, as the artwork will be created based on your instructions.
For items that are damaged on arrival, I am happy to reimburse your return shipping costs if we agree on the amount beforehand.
